Hall of Honor
Jack Lockhart participated in football and baseball during his time with the Wheaton Crusaders. The football team was undefeated in CCI play during his junior and senior seasons and he was a co-captain of the squad his senior year along with Jack Swartz. As a lineman, Jack was a Second-Team All-Conference choice his senior year, and he returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown in Wheaton’s 76-7 win over Huntington his junior season.
In baseball, he was an outstanding hitter and first baseman on the Crusaders’ CCI-championship team his season year, and he also started at first base as a junior.
