Winona, Minn. - The Wheaton women's tennis team earned a 7-2 victory against Luther College (14-6) on Saturday night.Tonight's match was originally scheduled to be played Friday on the Luther campus in Decorah, Iowa, but was moved to the Winona Tennis Center in Winona, Minnesota due to a forecast of snow in Iowa this weekend.

Wheaton dominated singles play, winning all six singles matches against Luther as Sarah Ray, Kirsten Boyer, Lauren Schlabach, Marissa Shults, Julia Carey (PICTURED ABOVE) and Julie Burrsma each picked up victories. Additionally, the number-two doubles team of Shults and Boyer earned an 8-3 win.

Wheaton is now 13-3 on the year. The Thunder will return to action on Tuesday April 16 at seventh-ranked University of Chicago.
