Elmhurst, Ill. - The Wheaton College women's tennis team opened its CCIW schedule on Thursday afternoon with a 9-0 victory at Elmhurst College. Wheaton is now 2-0 overall, with a 1-0 record in conference play. Elmhurst is now 0-1 on the season.
The Thunder will remain in conference play on Saturday with matches against Illinois Wesleyan and Millikin in Bloomington, Illinois.
