Lake Forest, Ill. - The Wheaton volleyball team was a 3-0 winner at Lake Forst College on Tuesday night as the Thunder won by scores of 25-21, 25-13 and 25-22. Tonight's victory was the third straight win for the Thunder, improving its record to 3-2 this season. Wheaton will return to action this weekend at Emory University's "Doc Partin Classic" in Atlanta, Georgia.

Against Lake Forest, junior Hannah Velling (PICTURED ABOVE) led the Thunder with 13 kills, while senior Jenna McCallister distributed a team-high 32 assists. Cassie Murphy added eight kills and recorded three service aces. Kaitlyn Graham Novosad led Wheaton with 17 digs and Emily Buyse posted a team-high five total blocks in the win against the Foresters.
