Wheaton, Ill. - The Thunder women's tennis team was a 9-0 winner against North Central College in a CCIW match against the Cardinals at the Wheaton Tennis Courts on Thursday afternoon. Thursday's match was originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, but was moved to this afternoon due to rain.

Wheaton is now 5-0 on the year and 4-0 in CCIW play. North Central falls to 2-2 this fall, with a 1-1 CCIW record. The Thunder will travel to Whitewater, Wisconsin on Saturday for a pair of matches as Wheaton will face UW-River Falls and UW-Whitewater in non-conference action.
