Wheaton, Ill. - The Wheaton women's tennis team posted its second-consecutive 9-0 victory on Saturday afternoon in a sweep of Luther College. Wheaton is now 2-0 and the Thunder will travel to Wisconsin next weekend for conference matches at Carthage College and Carroll University.

Emma Westwick was a winner for the Thunder at No. 1 singles and Sara Magnuson picked up a victory at No. 2 singles. Claire Browning  earned a win at No. 3 singles, Claire Dibble won at No. 4 singles, Nicole Freeman earned the victory at No. 5 singles and Bethany Hoogerheide won at No. 6 singles.

The No. 1 doubles team of Dibble and Browning earned an 8-0 win for the Thunder. Freeman and Magnuson teamed up for an 8-4 victory at No. 2 doubles and Hoogerheide paired with Magnuson for an 8-4 victory at No. 3 doubles.
