Midlothian, Ill. - The Wheaton College women's golf team returned to action on Tuesday in a dual match against Benedictine University at Midlothian Country Club. Wheaton won the dual by four strokes as the Thunder edged the Eagles 415-419.
Amanda Miller had the top performance for the Thunder with a 95.
Karissa Raschke carded a 101.
Maeji Brown shot a 109 and
Maddie English posted a 110 for Wheaton.
Benedictine's Kelly Barker shot the low round of the day with an 86. Ries McCue shot a 97 for the Eagles. Samantha Plezbert carded a 101 and Sofia Gjata shot a 135 for the hosts.
Wheaton concludes its 2018-19 season on April 24 when the Thunder hosts Lakeland University
at Blackwolf Run Golf Course in Kohler, Wisconsin.
