Kenosha, Wis.- The Wheaton men's and women's swim teams were victorious in a dual meet at Carthage College on Saturday afternoon. The Thunder men won a tight contest by a score of 135-127 and the Wheaton women finished with a 154-137 victory. Both 
Kirsty Nitz and 
Will McCauley won three individual events for the Thunder.
The Wheaton women won nine events in the dual meet including the 400-yard freestyle and 200-yard medley relays. Wheaton's 400-yard freestyle relay of 
Kelly Ormond, 
Ali Offerdahl, 
Katie Cialkowski and 
Sarah Coley finished in a time of 3:40.29 and the 200-yard medley realay team of 
Emma Rogers, 
Erin Bagley, 
Kirsty Nitz and 
Kelly Ormond touched the wall in 1:50.17.
Nitz was victorious in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 58.43 seconds, almost five seconds faster than the runner-up. Nitz' time of 53.00 seconds in the 100-yard freestyle was over two seconds faster than second place and her time of 56.81 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly was just shy of five seconds faster than second place.
Erin Bagley won the 100-yard with a 3.38 second cushion with a time of 1:07.80 seconds and also won the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:00.09. 
Katie Deysher (PICTURED RIGHT) was just .12 seconds behind Bagley in the 200-yard breaststroke and 
Chelsey Long finished third to complete the sweep. Deysher won the 200-yard individual medley in a time of 2:13.38. 
Carlie Herich won the 200-yard backstroke by 4.04 seconds with a time of 2:13.21.
Wheaton's men's team won 10 events in the meet including the 400-yard freestyle relay. Wheaton's quartet of 
Jack Raymond, 
Wills Francis, 
Jacob Clement and 
Elliot Penson touched the wall in 3:12.83.
Will McCauley won the 1000-yard freestyle in 9:59.07 and also won the 400-yard individual medley in a time of 4:13.50. McCauley led a Wheaton sweep of the 500-yard freestyle with a finishing time of 4:48.63. 
Jacob Clement took second in 4:55.6 and 
Korey Clement placed third in 4:56.72. 
Jacob Clement won the 200-yard butterfly by 5.45 seconds with a time of 2:00.13.
Elliot Penson (PICTURED LEFT) won the 100-yard breaststroke in 59.75 seconds and the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:10.51. 
Wills Francis won the 100-yard backstroke in 53.06 seconds. 
Jack Raymond won the 50-yard freestyle in 22.03 seconds. 
Nick Pulgine won a close race in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:00.38 seconds.
