Nolan Randall is a senior offensive lineman for the Thunder football team. He was elected as one of this year's four team captains. Randall was a Second Team All-CCIW lineman in 2011. Below is a brief interview with Nolan.

Q: What is your major?

A:
Psychology

Q: What (if any) plans do you have after graduation?

A:
I currently do not have any concrete plans after graduation, although I have a few different ideas of what I want to do after Wheaton. Coaching football, going to grad school, or starting a business with my brother are a few options.

Q: Why did you choose to attend Wheaton and play football?

A:
I took a weekend visit with the football team during winter of my senior year, and knew right away it was the place that I needed to spend the next four years. First of all, I knew that the school itself and the environment that Wheaton provides would help me mature and grow spiritually more than anywhere else. Also, the football program and what it stands for was unlike any other school that I had previously visited. The coaches wanted me to come to Wheaton for more than just football; they cared about my growth as a man and a follower of Christ. All these things led to my decision to come here and play football.

Q: What do you enjoy most about Wheaton?

A:
My favorite part of Wheaton is the football program and the brotherhood that exists between the players. It is unlike any other team in the country, and being on this team has truly shaped my time here at Wheaton.

Q: What is your favorite football memory so far in your time at Wheaton?

A:
It is hard to narrow it down to just one favorite memory in my time at Wheaton. As far as football goes, beating North Central at their place last year is definitely up there. There are far more memories off the field though, like our recruiting activities every winter, the missions trips every spring break, or all of the random, late night activities in the dorms.
