The Thunder women's tennis team drops its first match of the season in a loss to North Central

Wheaton, Ill. - The Wheaton women's tennis team hosted North Central College (6-0, 3-0) on Tuesday night at the Wheaton tennis courts. The Cardinals defeated the Thunder 8-1.

Freshman Audrey Vick picked up a win for the Thunder at No. 2 singles. Vick defeated North Central's Hannah Hougland 7-5, 3-6, 1-0.

Wheaton is now 3-1 overall and is 1-1 in CCIW play. The Thunder return to action on September 25 at 11:00 a.m. in a conference match against North Park.
