Wheaton, Ill. - The Thunder baseball team will return to action on Monday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in the opening game of the 2021 CCIW Baseball Tournament. The No. 8 seed Thunder will host No. 9 seed Carthage on Monday in the lone single-elimination matchup of the tournament. The winner of Monday's game will move on to the double-elimination portion of the tournament that begins on Wednesday.
The double-elimination portion of the tournament begins on Wednesday morning at 11 AM, with Wheaton's Lee Pfund Stadium and North Central's Zimmerman Stadium serving as the host sites for the 2021 conference tournament. The winner of Monday's 8-seed vs. 9-seed game will open play at Pfund Stadium on Monday against No. 1 seed North Central at 11:00 a.m.
Admission for each day of the 2021 CCIW Tournament is $5.00 (per day) and
admission is cash only.
