Hanover Park, Ill. - The Thunder men's tennis team picked up its third consecutive victory on Friday with a 7-2 victory at Centre Court Athletic Club against Carroll University (2-13, 0-4 CCIW). Wheaton improves to 6-8 overall with a 2-0 record in CCIW play.

Anderson Park topped Carroll's Chayce Roecker 6-3, 6-1 in the matchup at No. 1 singles. Freshman Jacon Panjwani defeated Ian Foster 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3 singles and
Alexander Winters earned a 6-0, 6-1 win against Carroll's Ryan Strupp at No. 4 singles.
Christopher Jones was a 6-0, 6-1 winner at No. 5 singles against Nick Bisseger and Wheaton's
Jack Guenther earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 6 singles against Chris Jensen.
The Thunder No. 2 doubles team of Winters and Park defeated Bisseger and Foster 8-0. Panjwani teamed with Guenther for an 8-1 victory at No. 3 doubles against the Carroll tandem of Jordan Nowell and Strupp.
Wheaton remains in conference play on Saturday as the Thunder host Carthage at noon at the Wheaton Tennis Courts.
