Altamonte Springs, Fla. - The Wheaton women's tennis team closed out its three-match trip to Florida on Friday by facing Division II opponent Lees-McRae College. The Bobcats defeated Wheaton 4-3. 

Sara Magnuson rallied for a 2-6, 7-5, 10-5 victory at No. 2 singles, winning against Zeynep Cakirer. Claire Dibble picked up a 6-4, 6-1 victory at No. 4 singles against the Bobcats' Mackenzie Langmade. Emme Lindquist earned a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 6 singles against Jaden Acklin.

Wheaton's lone double victory was an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles as the Thunder tandem of Dibble and Claire Browning defeated Langmade and Cakirer.

Wheaton returns to action on March 29 with a matchup at St. Mary's College (Ind.).
