Hannah Frazier is this week's College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (
CCIW) Player of the Week in women's basketball, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. Frazier has earned the recognition twice this season, and she is an nine-time recipient of the CCIW's Player of the Week award. She also earned the recognition on November 12, 2019; February 11, 2019; February 4, 2019; December 31, 2018; December 17, 2018; Jan. 8, 2018; Jan. 15, 2018, Feb. 2, 2018 and December 17, 2018.
Frazier averaged 24.7 points and 8.3 rebounds for the Thunder last week. She scored a career-high 38 points, with 13 rebounds, four assists, three steals, and one block in a 73-70 win at UC-Santa Cruz on Friday. Frazier scored 28 points, five rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in a three-point loss to Birmingham-Southern on Saturday. Earlier in the week, she had eight points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in a 66-54 win at Dominican (Ill.).
Wheaton opens CCIW play on Wednesday night with a 7:00 p.m. tipoff against Augustana in King Arena.
