Naperville, Ill. - The Thunder women's tennis team remains undefeated following a 7-2 victory at North Central College on Wednesday afternoon. Wheaton is now 6-0 overall and 4-0 in CCIW play.

The Thunder won five of six matchups in singles play and picked ups two wins in doubles action. The No. 2 doubles team of Nicole Freeman and Sara Magnuson earned an 8-3 victory against Diana Barcelata and Morgan House of North Central. Emma Westwick and Bethany Hoogerheide teamed up for an 8-2 victory against Katie McGraw and Tiffany Smolik at No. 3 doubles.

Magnuson won a 6-4, 7-5 decision against Hannah Hougland at No. 2 singles. Claire Browning was a 6-4, 7-5 victor at No. 3 singles against Alaina Kanthaphixay and Claire Dibble picked up a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 4 singles against House. Freeman earned a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 5 singles against McGraw and Hoogerheide was a 6-0, 6-1 victor at No. 6 singles against Smolik. 

Wheaton remains in conference play on Saturday when the Thunder hosts North Park at 11:00 a.m. in a CCIW matchup
