Orlando, Fla. - The Wheaton men's tennis team concluded its five-match trip to Florida on Thursday with a 9-0 victory against Principia College (1-6). The Thunder compiled a 5-0 record in Florida this week. Wheaton is now 10-1 on the year and has won its last eight matches in a row. The Thunder will resume the 2014 season on March 28 at Coe College.

Ryan Kreis earned a 6-4, 7-5 win at number-one singles and
Justin Ancona was a 6-3, 7-5 winner at number-two singles.
Josh Ward earned the 6-2, 7-5 victory at number-three singles and
David Buursma was a 6-3, 6-1 winner at number-four singles.
Derek Mumaw picked up the 6-2, 6-3 victory at number-five singles and
Andrew Trump was a 6-3, 6-2 winner at the number-six singles spot.
Kreis and Ward teamed up to earn an 8-4 win at number-one doubles for the Thunder. Buursma and Ancona picked up an 8-4 win at number-two doubles and the number-three doubles team of Trump and Mumaw earned an 8-2.
