GAME STATS Holland, Mich. - The Wheaton College men's soccer team dropped its second-straight game with a 4-0 loss at Hope College on Saturday.

The Thunder fall to 3-3-1 while the Flying Dutchmen improve to 4-1-2.

Hope got on the scoreboard right away in the first four minutes via Shaun Groetsema. A header goal by David Whitaker followed only four minutes later to put the hosts up 2-0.

The Flying Dutch scored close together again in the second half. A second goal by Whitaker came at 64:17 while Justin Reamon found the back of the net at 67:04.

Wheaton was outshot 18-12 on the game while corner kicks were even at 6-6. Goalie Ryan Seager took the loss for the Thunder while Logan Neil got the win.

The Thunder are back in action at home with a 7 PM game on Wednesday against Dominican University.
