Pablo Arriaga joined the Thunder men's soccer staff as an assistant coach in the spring of 2024.

Prior to Wheaton, Pablo spent two seasons on staff at Elmhurst University for the men's soccer team. He arrived at Elmhurst University in the summer of 2022 as the assistant coach for the program. During his tenure, he coached numerous CCIW All-Conference players and was involved in all aspects of the program.  

He spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Greenville University, helping the Panthers finish the 2021 season with a 12-9-1 record and a trip to the conference tournament semi-finals. 

Prior to his coaching career, he played four years at Vanguard University, a top-15 NAIA program. During his four years, the team made two trips to the Sweet 16 and three total trips to the National Tournament.

Arriaga holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Vanguard University and a Master’s degree in Education from Greenville. He holds his USSF 'C' License while also coaching at Chicago Empire FC.
