2010-11: Finished the year with a team-best record of 37-15...won over 100 career matches...named NWCA Division III Scholar All-American...took top five in eight different tournaments, including second place at the Pete Willson Invite and the CCIW Championships...finished fourth at the Great Lakes Regional and was named a qualifier for the National Championships...had a 12-match win streak in mid-season. 2009-10: Led the team in victories with a record of 36-10...won 18 of 20 matches during a stretch late in the season...named CCIW Wrestler of the Week twice during the season...finished in second place in five different tournaments this year, including the CCIW Championships, Knox Invite, MSOE Invite, North Central Invite and Manchester Spartan Mat Classic...took third place at the Wheaton Invitational...finished in fifth at the NCAA Regional and the Concordia (Wis.) Open. 2008-09: Finished the year with a record of 21-20...named to the NWCA All-Academic team...placed five times on the season, including third place at the CCIW Championships, fourth place at the Coe College Invite, fourth place at the North Central Invite, fifth place at the NCAA Regional and sixth place at the Wheaton Invitational. 2007-08: Compiled a record of 8-10 at 165 pounds. High School: Three years varsity wrestling…finished 5th in the state in 2006…won state tournament in 2007... also ran cross country and track.
