2016: Ran the 1,500 meters (4:53.95, Cougar Invitational, 4/22/16), 5,000 meters (18:37.80, Wheaton Don Church Twilight, 4/16/16), and a personal best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:33.44, Cornell Outdoor Invite, 4/09/16).
2015: CCIW Champion in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:34.16...recorded personal bests in the 1,500 meters (4:49.10), mile (5:15.18), 3,000 meters (10:29.22), and 5,000 meters (18:15.85).
2014: Ran personal bests in the 1,500 meters (4:55.13), 3,000 meters (10:45.04) and 5,000 meters (18:42.95).
2013: Participated in the 800 meters (2:29.32) and the 1,500 meters (5:04.30).
