Miranda KayMiranda Kay returns to Wheaton to serve as an assistant women's tennis coach for the Thunder. A 2018 graduate of Wheaton, Kay played four seasons for the Thunder women's tennis program. As a senior in 2017 she was named the CCIW Championships MVP. Kay was a two-time All-CCIW selection in her career and she won three CCIW singles titles across her four seasons, along with three doubles championships. She helped Wheaton to CCIW Championships in 2014 and 2017, along with NCAA Championship appearances in 2016 and 2018; with a career singles record of 78-15 and a doubles record of 83-13. Miranda also serves as a math teacher at Matea Valley High School and is the junior varsity boys tennis coach at Matea Valley.
