2018: Ran a season-best time of 18:07.0 at the North Central Red and White Invitational.
2017: Ran a season-best 22:04.1 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Cross Country Championships. Placed Third at the CCIW Championships with a time of 22:35.1.
2015: Ran a season-best 24:19 at the CCIW Championships.
High School: Four-year varsity athlete, earning All-Conference each year. Â Participated in state all four years and was selected as an All-State member. Â Also ran in Track & Field for four years, also earning All-Conference each year.
