2011: Raced season-best times of 24:11 at both the North Central Invite and the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Brooks Invite.
2008: Ran in five races and had a season-best 6K time of 24:44 at Oshkosh.
High School: Ran four years of Cross Country...Team captain for two years...All-Conference Conference Meet MVP...Regional Champion...Conference Champion in 400, 800, 4x800, and 4x400...Qualified for state in 400, 800, and 4x800...Member of All State team in 4x800...was undefeated in conference during senior year...AP Honors Scholar... won two 1st places and a 2nd place in MIPA journalism competition...member of school newspaper...participated in school play.
