Emily Bonga returns to the Thunder softball program for her first season as an assistant coach in 2018. Bonga appeared in 103 games during her career with the Thunder, and was a member of Wheaton's record-setting 2016 team that made the program's first-ever Regional appearance. As a senior, Bonga batted .260 with four doubles and 16 runs driven in.
