Wheaton College Athletics

Beth Simmons has served as pitching coach for the Thunder softball program for 11 seasons. She came to Wheaton from Northern Illinois University, where she pitched for four years and as an Academic All-American helped the team to the College World Series in 1988. She played for the Carolina Diamonds, a pro softball team. She earned both her B.F.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Northern Illinois, completing the latter in 1996.

Beth is employed at Hamilton Partners and lives with her husband, Henry, in Lemont.
