2013: Ran season-best time of 24:46 at NCAA-III Midwest Regional Championships...qualified for NCAA-III Nationals and earned All-Region recognition with 12th place finish at Midwest Regional Championships...earned First Team All-CCIW honors with ninth place finish at CCIW Championships...named CCIW Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week on Oct. 15...named Most Valuable Athlete.
2012: Earned All-American honors with a 31st place finish at the NCAA-III Championships...named All-Midwest Region after a 10th place finish at the NCAA-III Midwest Region Championships...All-CCIW selection with an eighth place finish at the CCIW Championships...placed first at the Wheaton 'Gil Dodds' Invitational...ran a season-best time of 24:39 at the NCAA-III Midwest Region Championships.
