2005: Saw considerable time as a junior before his season was ended by injury midway through the year....had five total tackles and two tackles for lost yardage...recorded two solo tackles, including one stop for lost yardage of -6 yards at Elmhurst. 2004: Appeared in a few varsity games for the Thunder as a sophomore...recorded an assisted tackle against Elmhurst. 2003: Saw limited action as a freshman. High School: First Team All-State at center in his senior season...All-Conference at both center and defensive tackle...was twice named the team’s "Most Valuable Lineman"...helped baseball team to two regional championships and won two wrestling regional titles...McDonalds All-Star in baseball...the Capitol Forum Award. Family Matters: Dan’s brother Andy is a junior defensive end for the Thunder.
