2019: Ran a season-best time of 23:57 at the CCIW Championships.
2018: Ran a season-best time of 24:37.6.
2017: Ran a season-best time of 23:58.6 at the CCIW Championships.
High School: Four-year varsity runner.  Earned Academic All-Conference all four years. Also participated in Track & Field all four years and received Academic All-Conference each year as well. Served on a missions trip to Italy.
