2019: During the indoor season, competed in the 3000 M (8:46.43) and 5000 M (15:56.45), and the 5000 M (15:25.70) during the outdoor season.
2018: Posted a season-best time of 25:38.7. Named CCIW Male Runner of the week (9/11/2018). Placed 15th in the CCIW Men's Cross Country Championships. Placed 12th in the Aurora XC Spartan Classic.
2017: Ran a season-best time of 25:57.1 at the CCIW Championships. Finished third at the UW-Parkside Lucian Rosa Open (26:43.6).
High School: Two-year varsity runner...also played football...Illinois State Scholar...
