2017: Ran a season-best 22:31.1 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Cross Country Championships. Finished tenth at the CCIW Championships with a time of 22:53.4.
High School: Four year varsity soccer starter, two year captain, All Conference NCISAA...three year varsity basketball player, three time conference champions, three time state playoff appearances and one semi-final placing...four year honor roll...mission trip to Botswana, local outreach to Lumberton NC...National Honor Society member
