2019: Ran a season-best 27:22 at the CCIW Championships.
2018: Set a career-best time of 27:53.1.
2017: Ran a season-best 28:38.7 at the CCIW Championships.
High School: A two-year varsity runner in both Cross Country and Track & Field. Â Earned Ches-Mont League medals in both sports. District Qualifier in Track & Field. A member of the National Honors Society and Speech and Debate Team. President of the Philosophy Club. Took a missions trip to Myanmar in 2014 and was an active member in the community volunteering at Help the Homeless Club and Knights in Community Service Club.
