2017: Ran a season-best 28:11.8 at the Aurora Spartan Classic.

2015: Ran a season-best time of 28:22 at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational.

High School: Four-year varsity runner in Cross Country. Also a three-year runner in Track & Field. Member of 4x800 meters team that took Second Place in State.
