Biography
2017: Set a personal best in the 200 meters outdoor (23.38) and 400 meter hurdles outdoor (54.84). Also competed in 200 meters indoor, 400 meters indoor/outdoor, and javelin.Â
2016: Set a personal best in the 400 meters (51.44, Aquinas College Twilight Meet, 5/11/16) and javelin throw (39.40 meters, Wheaton Don Church Twilight, 4/16/16) ...competed in the 200 meters (23.56, Aquinas College Twilight Meet, 5/11/16) and 400 meter hurdles (58.13, Wheaton Don Church Twilight, 4/16/16)...member of 4x400 relay team at the NCAA Championships.Â
2015: Set personal bests in the 200 meters (23.48), 400 meters (53.23) and 400 meter hurdles (56.27).
2014: Ran the 200 meters (23.63), 110 meter hurdles (16.98) and 400 meter hurdles (56.90).
High School: state track and field meet participant....Academic all state....Boy Scouts of America, young-life and church youth group.
