Biography
2014: Earned All-American honors with a sixth place finish at NCAA-III Nationals in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...CCIW Champion in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...ran the a career best time of 9:04.35 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...also ran the 800 meters (2:05.56), 1,500 meters (4:04.21), and 5,000 meters (15:09.53).
2013: Earned All-American honors as part of indoor distance medley relay team that finished fifth at Indoor Nationals...qualified for outdoor Nationals in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 11th with a time of 9:21.93...also ran the 800 meters (1:57.55), 1,000 meters (2:38.92), 1,500 meters (4:04.93), mile (4:13.86), 3,000 meters (8:37.33), and 5,000 meters (14:54.24).
2012: Qualified for outdoor Nationals in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:07.30, which ranks No. 3 in school history...also competed in the 800 meters (2:01.66), the 1,500 meters (4:04.13) and the 5,000 meters (14:51.93).
2011:Ran the No. 4 time in school history in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a mark of 9:23.28...also ran the 800 meters in 1:56.37 and the 1,500 meters in 4:02.66.
High School: Three years on varsity...All-Conference and All-State...also All-State in cross country...National Honor Society.
