Biography
2016: Recorded personal bests in the 5,000 meters (15:54.08, NCC Gregory Final Qualifier Meet, 5/18/16) and 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:30.41, NCC Dr. Keeler Meet, 5/12/16)...also competed in the 800 meters (2:02.19, Crusader Open, 4/30/16) and 1,500 meters (4:05.72, Cougar Invitational, 4/22/16).Â
2015: Set personal bests in the 800 meters (1:59.99) and 3,000 meter
steeplechase and also ran the 1,500 meters (4:13.54) and mile (4:31.72).
2014: Ran the 800 meters (2:01.97), 1,500 meters (4:05.14), and 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:44.19).
2013: Competed in the 1,500 meters (4:05.94), the mile run (4:28.84), 3,000 meters (9:12.21), and 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:52.10).
High School: Four-year varsity runner...Regional Champion in 800 and 1600.
