2013: Recorded career best marks in the mile (5:33.15), 5,000 meters (18:46.82) and 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:45.52).
2012: Competed in the 3,000 meters (11:05.06), the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:47.04) and the 5,000 meters (19:23.54).
2011: Ran season-best times of 12:12.59 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5:16.08 in the 1,500 meters, 11:25.65 in the 3,000 meters and 20:18.63 in the 5,000 meters.
2010: Competed in the 1,500 meters (5:10.54), the 5,000 meters (19:35.43) and the 3,000 meter steeplechase (12:27.53).
High School: Four years on varsity...team captain...team MVP...All-Conference Honorable Mention...All-State Academic...National Honor Society...AP Scholar...tutor for elementary school kids...took mission trips to Minneapolis and the Dominican Republic.
