Biography
2013: National qualifier in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:55.21 (ranked No. 2 in school history)...recipient of Jack Swartz Award...also had career best times in the 800 meters (2:20.71), 1,500 meters (4:43.76), mile (5:17.09), and 3,000 meters (10:22.44).
2012: Qualified for outdoor nationals in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:00.60 (ranked No. 3 in school history)...also competed in the 1,500 meters (4:46.91), the one mile (5:19.39) and the 3,000 meters (10:50.01).
2011: Holds the No. 7 all-time mark in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at 11:09.28...won the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:57.76 at the Wheaton Twilight meet...also competed in the 800 meters (2:23.94), the 1,500 meters (4:49.16) and the one mile (5:22.26).
2010: Ran the No. 7 best time in school history in the 3,000 Steeplechase with a time of 11:43.28...recorded a mark of 4:58.29 in the 1,500 meters.
