2011: Ran a season-best time of 23:43 at NCAA Regionals.
2008: Ran in five races and had a season-best 6K time of 23:52 at Oshkosh.
High School: Ran varsity cross country all 4 years...earned all-district honors three times...Finished 14th at State meet Sophomore year...member of State runner-up 2 years...also played soccer...took medical mission trip to Uganda summer 2007...National Merit Commended...Scholar Athlete...All-State Choir...member of community theater and high school theater...participated in vocal and choral competitions.
