Wheaton, Ill. - The Wheaton baseball team will participate in the 2026 CCIW Baseball Tournament this week. The Tournament begins on Wednesday at Workman Family Baseball Field on the campus of Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.
Wheaton has earned the No. 6 seed in the tournament and will face No. 3 seed North Park in a first-round elimination game on Wednesday, May 6 at 2:00 p.m. The victor of Wednesday's game will face No. 2 seed Illinois Wesleyan on Thursday. Wednesday's other first-round elimination game will feature No. 4 seed Carthage and No. 5 seed Augustana.
Wheaton is making its 10th appearance in the CCIW Baseball Tournament. This season marks the second-consecutive year that Wheaton has earned a spot in the CCIW Tournament,
No passes or Wheaton season passes will be honored for the conference tournament. Students with valid CCIW school ID will be admitted free of charge. Ticket prices for each day are $10.00 for adults, $5.00 each for seniors, and students (ages 6-14), children under five-years-old will be admitted for free.

The winner of the 2026 CCIW Baseball Tournament will earn the conference's automatic bid to the upcoming NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament.
