Warrenville, Ill. – The Wheaton cross country programs hosted the 2025 Gil Dodds Invitational on Saturday morning at St. James Farm Forest Preserve. The Wheaton men's team finished third in the 20-team field, while the Wheaton women placed fifth among 18 teams.
The University of Chicago women's team, ranked third in Division III this week, finished first with 17 points. DePauw scored 78 points in second place, Cornell was third with 106 points, Kalamazoo scored 110 points in fourth place and Wheaton rounded out the top-five with 152 points. Aurora scored 188 points in sixth place, Elmhurst finished seventh with 196 points, North Central recorded 225 points in eighth place, Carthage scored 238 points in ninth place and Millikin finished 10
th with 243 points.
University of Chicago placed seven of its runners in the top-nine, including the top four finishers on the 6K course. Katja Dunayevich of the Maroons finished first in the 222-woman field with a time of 21:38.70. Her teammate, Estelle Snider finished second in 21:52.45 and UChicago's Emma Kelly was third in 22:09.80.

Abby Rickard was the top performer for the hosts with a time of 23:14.70 to place 21
st.
Elizabeth LaBrin was 27
th in 23:32.40, while
Louisa Brorson posted a time of 23:36.70 to finish 28
th.
Lily Lebo was 43
rd with a time of 24:09.30, and
Clodagh O'Bryant finished in 24:53.80 to place 65
th.
Laura Prothero was 69
th with a time of 24:59.10, and Allie Woolever recorded an effort of 25:22.60 to place 89
th.
