 Wheaton, Ill. –
Wheaton, Ill. – The Wheaton track and field teams hosted a meet for the second time in six days as the Don Church Twilight Meet took place on Thursday at McCully Stadium and Lawson Field.
Freshman 
Ty Bova (PICTURED LEFT) had another strong outing in the men's high jump. Bova finished second with an effort of 1.84-meters (6' 1/2"). Senior 
Jaden Pankau was second in the men's discus throw with an effort of 41.52-meters (136' 3"). Sophomore 
Noah Bisbee had a leap of 12.34-meters (40' 6") in the triple jump to finish fourth. In the men's long jump, 
Jae Young Yu placed sixth in the men's with a leap of 6.19-meters (20' 3-3/4"), while 
Isaac Bledsoe placed seventh with an effort of 6.11-meters (20' 1/2"). 
Quinton Stepps finished seventh in the javelin throw with a toss of 43.10-meters (141' 5") and he was eighth in the men's hammer throw with a toss of 40.35-meters (132' 4")
Junior 
Sheldon Powell finished third in the men's 1,500-meter run with an effort of 4:02.33, while teammate 
Joshua Cross was eighth with a time of 4:09.69. Senior 
Stephen Hansen posted a time of 10:00.07 in a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. His teammate 
Alden Kruse placed sixth in 10:14.04, while 
Cooper Swain was 10:22.43. Senior 
Gabe Praamsma was third in the 23-man field of the men's 3,000-meters with a time of 8:57.49, while 
Luke Bothun had a time of 9:00.04 to place fifth in in the same event. Senior 
Sam Elsen was sixth in the 800-meter run with an effort of 1:56.22.
