Josiah Smith each earned Fourth Team recognition. The five selections this year gives Wheaton 55 total D3football.com All-America nods all-time among 41 different Thunder football players since the website began awarding All-America honors in 1999.

Johanik (PICTURED RIGHT), a senior defensive end for the Thunder, is now a two-time All-American from D3football.com, earning Second Team honors in 2024. Additionally, he picks up his third All-America award of the 2025 season. Earlier this month, he was named a Second Team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) and by the Associated Press. His selection to each of the three All-America teams this fall makes Johanik as Wheaton's lone unanimous All-American in 2025. Johanik is the sixth different Wheaton defensive end to earn All-America honors from D3football.com, joining: Drew Pearson (1999); Dane Lundgren (1999 & 2002); Andy Studebaker (2006); Chase Greenlee (2016 & 2017) and Patrick O'Connell (2019). Johanik leads the CCIW in tackles for loss with 23 (-110) and sacks with 14 (-89). The senior broke the Thunder all-time record for tackles for loss with 60, 10 tackles for loss higher than the next closest mark. He currently ranks in the top-five in Division III in both sack and tackles for loss.

Juska is a Third Team selection at tight end for the Thunder. He is the third Wheaton tight end to earn All-America honors from D3football.com, joining: Zach Lindquist (2016 & 2017); and Spencer Peterson (2021). Juska collected 40 receptions this season for 515 receiving yards with eight touchdown receptions as he averaged 12.9 yards per catch. The Thunder utilized Juska as a receiving and rushing dual threat this season as he ran for 97 yards on 17 carries with an average of 5.4 yards per carry and four touchdown runs. His 74 total points this season ranked second among Thunder offensive players.

Byrne (PICTURED LEFT), a sophomore, is a Third Team All-America at guard as selected by D3football.com. He has already received First Team All-Region 5 honors from D3football.com and First Team All-CCIW recognition this fall. Byrne helped hold down an offensive line that was critical to the success of the Thunder offense this season. The Thunder are top-25 in Division III this season in scoring offense (8th), passing offense (16th) and total offense (24th). Byrne's selection makes him the fourth Wheaton player to earn All-American at guard from D3football.com, joining: James Hoxworth (2003); Peter Gibson (2015); and
Trevor Gabriele (2022 & 2023).
Harris (PICTURED RIGHT), a sophomore linebacker for Wheaton is a Fourth Team All-American this season. He has already received First Team All-Region 5 honors from D3football.com and First Team All-CCIW recognition this fall. Harris' team-high 119 total tackles currently leads the CCIW in tackles. He made 65 solo tackles with 54 assisted tackles this fall. Among his tackle total was 14 tackles for loss (-53 yards), including five QB sacks (-36 yards). Harris had nine QB hurries this fall, with five passes broken up and an interception. His selection marks the eighth time a Wheaton player has earned an All-America award from D3football.com, as he joins: JD Leman (2000); Justin Knapp (2003); Adam Dansdill (2014 & 2015); Caleb Ashby (2016); Eric Stevenson (2018); and Ryan Schwartz (2021).

Smith (PICTURED LEFT), a junior, is the first Wheaton punter to earn an All-America award from D3football.com in the 27-year history of the website's All-America team. Smith recorded 29 punts in 2025 for a total of 1,329 yards. His 45.8 yards per punt average led the CCIW and the mark shattered Wheaton's previous single-season school record of 40.6 yards per punt that was set in 2019. A special teams weapon for the Thunder this season, 12 of Smith's 29 punts landed inside the 20-yard line and 10 of his punts were of 50 or more yards.
