Wheaton, Ill. - The Wheaton wrestling team hosted its second-consecutive home dual on Tuesday afternoon as the Thunder entertained 10th-ranked North Central College inside King Arena. The defending CCIW Champion Cardinals defeated the Thunder 44-6.
Wheaton's win today came at 157-pounds as freshman
Caleb Cox earned an impressive win in the lone victory by fall today. Cox picked up the win by fall in the second period of his match against North Central's Tagg Miller at the 4:38 mark of the match.
Wheaton wrestling is off until November 22 when the Thunder compete at the Concordia University Open in Mequon, Wisconsin.
