Wheaton, Ill. - Head coach Jesse Scott and the Wheaton College football staff have announced the addition of 34 newcomers that have submitted their deposit to attend Wheaton College, with the intent to play for the Thunder football team beginning in the fall of 2023. This year's incoming class features 32 incoming freshmen and two transfer students hailing from 16 different states.

Scott says of the group, "We're excited to welcome our class of 2027 to the Wheaton Football Family.  These 34 players come from more than 15 states, all with great passion for our program and our mission.  With this group we welcome players who can help us compete for championships in one of the most competitive conferences in the country.  While they are all driven competitors, they also value the whole scope of our mission.  We're excited the Lord has called them here and look forward to their growth on and off the field."
