Wheaton, Ill. - The Wheaton men's basketball team will host the Semifinals and the Championship Game of this week's CCIW Men's Basketball Tournament. The top seeded Thunder will face the lowest remaining see from Tuesday's semifinal games at at 7:15 p.m. on Friday in King Arena. Friday's opening semifinal game, at 5:00 p.m., will feature No. 2 seed North Park against the highest remaining seed after Tuesday's games. The CCIW Men's Basketball Tournament Championship Game will feature Friday's two semifinal victors at 7:00 p.m. in King Arena.

Tuesday's quarterfinal contests will determine the matchups for Friday's semifinal games. No. 4 seed Elmhurst will host fifth-seeded North Central at 7:00 p.m., in one of Tuesday's two contests, while No. 3 seed Carthage entertains No. 6 seed Illinois Wesleyan at 7:00 p.m.

No CCIW passes or Wheaton season passes will be honored for the conference tournament. Students with valid CCIW school ID will be admitted free of charge. Ticket prices for all sites are $10.00 for adults, $5.00 each for seniors, and students, children under five-years-old will be admitted for free. For the weekend games at Wheaton, tickets are available at the door and will be cash-only.

The three weekend games in King Arena will mark the second time Wheaton has hosted the CCIW Men's Basketball Tournament since the event began in 2006. Wheaton also served as the site of the 2009 CCIW Men's Basketball Tournament, won by the Thunder. The winner of the 2023 CCIW Men's Basketball Tournament will earn the conference's automatic bid to the upcoming NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship.
