Chicago, Ill. – The Wheaton women's indoor track & field team competed at the Aurora University Grand Prix on Saturday at Gately Indoor Track & Field Center in Chicago. The Thunder women placed 10
th in the 19-team field.
University of Chicago's women's program finished first with 125.5 points. Loras scored 119.5 points in second place, North Central was third with 67.5 points, Carthage scored 46 points in fourth, while Chicago State rounded out the top-five with 32 points. Elmhurst scored 29 points in sixth place, Trine and Calvin each scored 26 points in a tie for seventh place, MSOE finished ninth with 25 points and Wheaton rounded out the top-10 with 23 points.
Amy Keane had a pair of fifth-place finishes to highlight the day for the Thunder women's program. She was fifth in the finals of the women's 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.30-seconds. Keane also had a fifth-place finish in the women's long jump with an effort of 5.03-meters (16' 6").
Hope Clark ran the 3,000-meter run in 10:44.70 to finish seventh. 
Abi Gum was ninth in the women's 200-meter dash in an effort of 26.23-meters.
The Thunder track and field teams will compete at Carthage's Tadd Metzger Invitational next weekend in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
