GAME STATS Lake Forest, Ill. - The Thunder (6-5) volleyball team traveled to Lake Forest College on Tuesday night for a non-conference match against the Foresters. Lake Forest defeated Wheaton 3-0. The hosts opened with a 25-16 victory in the first set. LFC (4-9) won the second set 25-20 and closed out the match with a 25-18 victory in the third set.

Emerson Traweek and Faith Bailey each tallied seven kills to lead Wheaton's attaking. Caroline Capps added five kills. Davis Whitehead distributed 22 assists. Bailey and Traweek each had two service aces for the guests. Grace Autry led the Thunder with 14 digs. Bailey had four total blocks for Wheaton in the contest and Capps added three. 

Wheaton returns to CCIW play for a pair of matches this weekend. The Thunder travel to Naperville on Friday night for a 7:00 p.m. contest against North Central College. The nexr afternoon, Wheaton hosts Elmhurst at 3:00 p.m. in King Arena for a Saturday afternoon matchup.
