Kenosha, Wis. - The Thunder track and field teams set competitors to the Carthage Multi Meet on Saturday. The event, at Carthage College's Tarble Athletic Center, featured athletes competing in the women's indoor pentathlon and the men's indoor heptathlon.
Wheaton's
Amy Keane finished first in the women's indoor pentathlon with a total of 2,966 points. Keane's highest scoring event was the 55-meter hurdles where she tallied 802 points.
Abi Gum finished second in the pentathlon with 2,642 points, while
Olivia Eisses placed third with 2,275 points.
Isaiah Clausen was the top collegiate performer in the men's indoor heptathlon with 4,277 points in second place. He was just behind unattached competitor
Robert Smith's 4,291 points in first place.
