Wheaton, Ill. - The Wheaton wrestling team hosted Millikin University on Friday night in a CCIW dual meet. The Big Blue defeated the Thunder 45-4 in the matchup.
Sophomore
Ethan Renager earned Wheaton's lone victory tonight. Renager won a 9-3 decision against Millikin's Ren Dazey in their match at 141-pounds. Renager led 2-0 at the end of the first period and he held a 5-0 lead at the conclusion of the second priod.
Wheaton travels to Naperville on Saturday for the North Central Invitational. The Thunder return home next Saturday (December 18) for a tri-match against Aurora University and University of Chicago that is slated to begin at noon in King Arena.
