Elmhurst, Ill. - The Thunder volleyball team faced Otterbein University on Saturday afternoon at Elmhurst College. Otterbein, receiving votes in the most recent AVCA Division III Poll, topped the Thunder 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-21).

Madeline Moore led the Thunder with seven kills and freshman Audrey Irwin (PICTURED ABOVE) contributed six kills. Kelly Thornton led Wheaton with 20 assists and Jessica Bosse had a team-high 11 digs. 

Hadley Street and Morgan Lowenkamp each registered 12 kills to lead Otterbein. Andrea Miller tallied 32 assists and Ashlyn Leon recorded 15 digs with the service aces. 

The Thunder travels to Carroll on Tuesday, October, 10 for a 7:00 p.m. matchup with the Pioneers.
